Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using HaniMedLibrary or HaniMedLibrary.com, creating an account, or purchasing or downloading a digital product, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase a product.
Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate, current registration information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your password and account, restricting unauthorized access, and notifying HaniMedLibrary if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Digital product license
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a completed purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital product for personal, non-commercial use. The product is licensed, not sold as intellectual property.
You may not share account access or download links; redistribute, upload, publish, sublicense, rent, resell, or give away a product; remove ownership notices; or copy, adapt, or commercially reproduce any PDF, book, guide, health system, tracker, planner, digital fiction work, or other protected content except where applicable law expressly permits.
Intellectual property
HaniMedLibrary website content, product text, graphics, branding, layouts, downloads, and related materials are owned by or licensed to HaniMedLibrary and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license stated above.
Product descriptions and availability
HaniMedLibrary aims to describe products accurately, but presentation may vary by device or software. Products, formats, features, and availability may change or be discontinued where reasonably necessary. Any material change affecting an existing purchaser’s access will be handled subject to applicable law.
Pricing and payment
The price and currency displayed in the authoritative HaniMedLibrary checkout at the time of purchase apply to that transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error where permitted by law. When live payments are enabled, payment processing will be handled through the identified payment provider. You authorize the applicable charge by completing checkout. HaniMedLibrary does not directly store full payment-card credentials.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the HaniMedLibrary Digital Products Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms or that policy excludes mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Digital access and supported lifetime
Where a product is described as including lifetime access, this means access for the supported lifetime of that digital product or service—not guaranteed permanent hosting. Access may be affected by lawful discontinuation, replacement technology, platform or security changes, legal requirements, loss of necessary third-party infrastructure, or events beyond reasonable control. Where required, HaniMedLibrary will provide remedies consistent with applicable law.
Acceptable use and suspension
You may not circumvent access controls, probe or interfere with website security, use automated means to obtain protected content, impersonate another person, or use HaniMedLibrary for fraud, abuse, infringement, or unlawful activity. HaniMedLibrary may restrict or suspend an account or entitlement where reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security harm, or legal violations. Suspension does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website availability
HaniMedLibrary may perform maintenance, correct faults, or modify the website. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Reasonable efforts may be made to restore service and purchased access where practicable.

Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis. Limitation of liability

Governing law
The governing law and appropriate forum will be specified before commercial launch after the owner’s operating jurisdiction is formally confirmed. Until then, applicable mandatory consumer and other non-waivable legal rights remain preserved.
