After a successful purchase, the product appears in My Library and the protected PDF download becomes available from your account.
How do Interactive Platforms work?+
Interactive Platforms provide secure, account-based digital access rather than a PDF download. When access is active, launch the platform from its product page or My Library.
Does the Cancer Risk Intelligence Interactive Platform include lifetime access?+
Yes. It is a one-time purchase with lifetime access under the product terms, with no subscription or recurring charge.
What is the refund policy?+
Downloadable products are generally non-refundable after successful delivery, access, or download, subject to stated exceptions and applicable law. Eligible Interactive Platform refund requests may be reviewed within seven calendar days. Read the Refund Policy for the complete terms.
What should I do if a download or platform will not open?+
Confirm that you are signed in to the purchasing account and check My Library. If access still fails, contact HaniMedLibrary support with your account email, product name, and a description of the problem. Never send payment-card credentials.
